Planning an event can be overwhelming, but we’re here to make it simple. From booking your rentals to delivery and setup, our FAQ section covers all the details you need to know. Rental Process?
The best way to book an order is through our online booking form. Please provide as much information as possible and we will contact you within 24 business hours (usually much sooner) to verify any details and confirm your order. Otherwise, you are welcome to contact us during business hours. For larger orders we encourage you to book well in advance to ensure we have the appropriate rental items available.
Payment Policy?
Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit guarantees your reservation.Deposits secure the availability of the rental items. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded.
FULL PAYMENT is due 1 day in advance ofyour event date or delivery/customer pick-up. We accept Cash, Credit Card and Zelle.

If this obligation is not met, Let’s Celebrate Party Rental reserves the right to cancel the order without refunding the initial 30% deposit.
Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use.
The following conditions apply:
Raincheck: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a raincheck. This raincheck is valid for 6 months from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this 6-monthperiod. The raincheck is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.
Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented items, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the raincheck.
Customers who cancel their orders at any time after a deposit is provided WILL LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT regardless of their circumstances or reasons for cancellation.
Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the 6-month rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to the rental item availability.
No refunds will be issued on unused items. All rental items are subject to availability at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Website prices represent current pricing.
Delivery?
The delivery rate is $100 within a 40 miles radius of Desoto in the DFW metroplex.
Delivery/customerpick-uphours:

Sat – 9am-5pm
Sun- Appointment only
Let’s Celebrate Party Rental will make its best effort to deliver at requested delivery times, however delivery schedules are not guaranteed in the event of traffic, weather, workload and other circumstances beyond the control of the driver.
Count all items with the driver and sign the delivery invoice when you are sure everything has been delivered. We cannot accept quantity disputes after the event. If you do not arrange to have someone on site at the time of delivery, our driver will leave your rental items at a predetermined location. In this case, you agree to accept the order as complete and all delivered items are in good working order, unless we receive a phone call or time dated email prior to the event.
Client assumes all risk of damage or injury during installation of rental items. This includes damage to hardwood, tile, stone flooring, patios, tennis courts, driveways, walkways and underground utilities.
Deliveries are made to an area readily accessible to our trucks/trailer. Residential deliveries and pickups are only made to drive-way. An extra fee of $100 will apply for difficult access, long carries, backyard deliveries, stair or elevator deliveries, repeated delivery or pick-up attempts.
NOTE: We do not set up or take down the table and chairs. They will be delivered folded and stacked. At pick up, they should be ready – folded and stacked.
Care of Rental Items?
Rental items remain the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery/customer pick-up to the time of its return. Items are to be used for their intended purposes with normal wear and protected from damage due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
STORAGE: Store all rental items an area protected from theft, vandalism or weather.
Damaged Equipment?
Replacement Fees: Replacement fees may be charged to the customer if the items are returned in damaged condition or unreturned 5 days after the scheduled return time.This includes items damaged from wind, weather, fire, etc.These are the items and their estimated replacement fees.

Notification of damaged or missing items MUST be reported by calling 945-323-0123 upon delivery/customer pick-up or as soon as noted.
Equipment Return & Missing Items?
All rental items must be ready for pick-up at scheduled time. Tables and chairs should be stacked and must be ready for pickup.
If you do not have someone on-site at the time of pick-up, you agree to accept Let’s Celebrate Party Rental counts at the time of pick-up.
It is common to have missing items at an event due to the number of people handling the items, including your guests, caterer, site personnel, cleaning crews and other people working the event. Often, items are unattended overnight. For your own satisfaction, it is best for you to count-in the equipment with our driver at pick-up so that you can verify any missing equipment at that time.
If missing items are found after our scheduled pick-up, you are responsible for returning those items in a timely manner to avoid replacementfees. We can return to your location and pick up the missing items for an additional $100 fee.
